I believe the most powerful leadership begins with knowing who you are— and having the confidence to lead from there. Growth isn't about becoming someone else's version of a successful executive. And yes, I believe leadership can be serious without taking ourselves seriously all the time. We can do meaningful work, ask difficult questions, challenge ourselves—and still laugh along the way.
